If your gym has been closed or is closing again, you may find yourself struggling to find at home workout inspiration. Having the right gear can make a huge difference in both your motivation level and can unlock a huge new range of at-home workout ideas! With some extra equipment, home workouts can be just as effective as those you would have done in the gym with the added benefit of being able to work out on your own schedule. Here are some of our at-home workout must-haves.
Yoga Mat

Using your mat as a soft cushion to land on during HIIT workouts is a great way to ensure that you’re not stressing your joints by landing on firm hardwood or slippery carpet.
